This simple stretch will assist with your rock over. A good rock over is vital as it allows you to take a good stroke.



This stretch allows you to strengthen and stretch your hamstrings. Your hamstrings provide lots of power during the stroke so it is important to have them strong and healthy.
This stretch allows you to strengthen and stretch your quads. Your quads provided lots of power during the stroke therefore it is vital to have strong quads.
